Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email, password (hashed), country, account type.
• Brand information: brand name, logo, colour codes, industry, target audience, website URL, tone preferences.
• Connected account information: social media account access tokens and profile identifiers (stored encrypted; used only to post content on your behalf).
• Usage data: features you use, content you create, posts you schedule, dashboard interactions.
• Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, session duration.
• Payment information: processed entirely by Paystack and Flutterwave. We never see or store card numbers on our servers.
• Support communications: messages sent to our support team and AI assistant, including any files or screenshots attached.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Prozpera platform.
• To post content to your connected social media accounts on your behalf.
• To generate AI content based on your brand settings.
• To process subscription payments.
• To send service notifications, updates and account communications.
• To improve the platform and develop new features.
• To provide customer support.
• To comply with legal obligations.
• To display personalised advertising for Prozpera on third-party platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok) using anonymised audience matching.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share your data only with service providers necessary to operate Prozpera. All providers are contractually required to protect your data. Categories of providers include: cloud infrastructure, AI content services, email delivery, payment processing, video processing, error monitoring, analytics, and advertising pixel partners (Facebook, Google, TikTok — anonymised only).

4. Social Media Platforms

When you connect social media accounts, we access them only to fulfil your content posting instructions. Each connected platform has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data we send them.

This applies the same way across every platform you connect — Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, Telegram, Bluesky, and every other platform Prozpera supports: we only ever request the specific permissions needed to publish, schedule and read the performance of your own content there. We do not request or receive access to your personal profile on any platform where a separate business presence is what you connected instead, that platform's advertising or account settings, or any other collaborators or administrators on your account. For example, on Facebook this means access to create and manage posts on the Page you choose to connect, read content already posted on that Page, and see the list of Pages you manage so you can pick which one to connect. On Instagram, it means access to your basic professional account information and permission to publish content on your behalf. Whichever platform you connect, the exact permissions requested are always shown to you by that platform directly, before you approve the connection, and you can revoke access at any time from either your Prozpera dashboard or directly from that platform's own account settings.

5. Advertising

We use advertising pixels (Facebook Pixel, Google Ads Tag, TikTok Pixel) on our public website to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show Prozpera advertisements to relevant audiences on these platforms. These pixels do not share your Prozpera account content or data. You can opt out of advertising tracking in our Cookie Settings.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in encrypted cloud infrastructure in the European Union. We implement technical and organisational security measures including encryption at rest, Row Level Security, rate limiting and regular security audits. No security system is perfect — we commit to notifying affected users within 24 hours of discovering any breach, as required by the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is deleted within 30 days except where we are legally required to retain certain records.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to: access the data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; receive your data in a portable format; object to certain processing; withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.

9. Children

Prozpera is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Nigeria Data Protection

We comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and the Nigeria Data Protection Commission regulations.

11. GDPR and UK GDPR

For users in the European Union and United Kingdom, we comply with the EU GDPR and UK GDPR respectively.

12. Changes

We will notify you of material changes by email and through the platform.
